I just placed an order, when will it arrive?
Orders will ship within 3 days of payment and arrive within 4-5 business days (14 days for international orders). If you feel like its been ample time and your order still hasn't arrived, please feel free to contact me.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?
We usually print on American Apparel blanks (will be specified in the description) and if you're unsure of your size, I highly recommend visiting your local AA store (they are everywhere ;). Otherwise, we will glady accept an exchange for a different size (you will be responsible for return shipping).
I changed my mind. I don't want this poster anymore.
All prints are non-refundable. Pillowcases and t-shirts (unless damaged) can be returned for store credit only (you will be responsible for return shipping).
This print looks messed up, I want a refund.
All products are hand-printed (slight variations are expected) and we will never send you a misprinted product. Mistakes do happen, but please consider our process when inquiring about a refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. So far, I have shipped orders to the UK and Canada and am constantly looking to expand. If you do not see your country as a shipping destination, please feel free to contact me so I can set you up.
I have some ideas I think you'll like. Can I submit them to you? Will I get paid?
I glady welcome all inquiries. BKNY is still a small operation and even though you may have an awesome idea, I can't promise you I will use it. But, I am always looking to expand creatively so please send away! If it's something I think could work, I will definitely make sure you get compensated and acknowledged. I will never repurpose or copy an idea you send me without your approval.
